The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Simdog will not share your personal information or email address with any third parties. The information collected on this website will be only for the purpose of order verification, fraud control and internal marketing purposes only.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders placed Monday thru Friday before 12:00pm PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST Monday thru Thursday will be processed the following day, and orders placed after 12:00pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Orders will be shipped up to one business day after order is processed. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    UNITED STATES SHIPPING OPTIONS:

    USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate: Delivery within 2 days in most cases.  Track & Confirm available.

    USPS Express Mail:  Overnight delivery to most U.S. locations.  Track & Confirm available.

    FEDEX SHIPPING OPTIONS: 

    Ground/Home Delivery: Delivered in 1-7 business days.

    Express Standard Overnight: Delivered by 5:00 pm next day.

    Express 2 Day:  Delivered 2nd business day by 5:00 pm.

    Express Saver: Delivered in 3 business days by 5:00 pm.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS:

    USPS International Priority Flat Rate: Most items will ship in a Flate Rate Envelope or Small Flat Rate Box. Track & Confirm tool is not available for the either of these boxes.  Packages are not insured. Delivery in 6 to 10 business days.

    USPS Express Mail International:  Most items will ship in a Express Mail International Flat rate envelope, or multiple items will ship in an Express Mail Box, both include delivery status information with USPS Track & Confirm tool, and are insured for up to $100.  Delivery in 3-5 Days.

    Fedex International Priortiy: Trackable via Fedex. Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2 or 3 business days.

    Fedex Interanational Economy: Trackable via Fedex. Time-definite delivery typically in 2–5 business days (typically 2 or 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). 

    Fedex Interational First: Outbound delivery as early as 9 a.m. in 2 business days depending on country.

    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. 


    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Love, Simdog is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.



  • Return Policy

  • Please note, refunds are not allowed. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions.

    If you would like to return your item(s) for credit or exchange, please send an email to returns@shopsimdog.com stating your order number, the item you would like to return, the reason for return and whether you would like to exchange your item or receive an online store credit. When your email is confirmed, you will receive an Return Authorization number. Please send returns to:

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs. Please do not return any sale merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.

    A shipping fee of $6.00 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $6.00 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

    Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. Simdog will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

    Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt.

    You can cancel on open order any time before your order has been processed for shipping by emailing sales@shopsimdog.com with the subject line: cancel order. Please state your name, address, and invoice number and invoice total. Once your order has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation via email.
